Welcome to Heavenne! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us Heavenne is a home bakery based in Roorkee, offering freshly baked cakes, jar cakes, brownies, cookies, and desserts — all made to order with love.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept online payments only (UPI, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if ingredients or customisation requests cannot be fulfilled. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed at the time of placing the order and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The price shown at checkout is the final price for your order.

4. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Roorkee only.
  • Within 4 km — Free delivery.
  • 4 km and above — Delivery charge of ₹20 for orders below ₹499. Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
  • Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Heavenne is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Perishable Products & Storage All our products are freshly made and perishable. Please follow the storage guidelines below:

Product Storage & Shelf Life
Cakes & Jar Cakes Consume within 2 days. Refrigerate properly.
Brownies Consume within 5 days. Refrigerate properly.
Cookies Consume within 25 days if stored in an airtight container.

Heavenne is not responsible for any deterioration in quality due to improper storage after delivery.

6. Allergen Information Our products contain or may contain the following allergens:

  • 🌾 Gluten
  • 🥜 Nuts

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before placing your order. Heavenne will not be held liable for any allergic reactions if allergen information was not communicated to us in advance.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom cakes and designs are subject to availability of ingredients and our capacity.
  • While we do our best to match reference images or descriptions provided by customers, the final product may vary slightly in design or decoration.
  • Flavour and quality will always be maintained as per our standards.

8. Cancellations Since all products are made fresh to order, cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability Heavenne's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
