Do you offer eggless options?
Yes! All our products are 100% eggless. It's not an option — it's who we are. Every Heavenne creation is crafted without eggs, so everyone can indulge.
How far in advance should I order?
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for most custom orders. For larger tiered cakes or intricate bespoke designs, please reach out 1–2 weeks in advance.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we currently deliver within Roorkee. Delivery fees are calculated based on your pincode. Enter your pincode in the order form and we'll confirm availability.
Can you accommodate allergies?
While we take extreme care with dietary restrictions, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please mention any severe allergies in the order form and we'll do our best to accommodate.
When do I pay?
No payment upfront. Once we confirm your order details, we'll send you a secure payment link. We require full payment before we begin baking.
